All stock reserved on Pro-Forma invoices will be held for a maximum period of 48 hours. Wicked Imports (PTY) Ltd trading as Wicked Convenience is strictly a Trade Only Supplier for resale and as such, reserves the right to confirm or reject misleading registrations and orders at its own discretion. All orders submitted via our website are subject to acceptance by Wicked Imports trading as Wicked Convenience. We may choose not to accept your order at our own discretion. All reasonable steps are taken to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up-to-date. We do not, however, warrant that the content, information or price displayed is always accurate, complete and/or current. In terms of pricing errors on the website, the pricing reflected on the official Pro-forma Invoice and Tax Invoice, once an order is accepted, is correct and binding.

Delivery
All orders below a value of R2000.00 ex vat will incur a delivery fee.
For deliveries in Gauteng, please allow a minimum of 48 hours.
For deliveries in other major centers and outlying regions please allow 48-72 hours.

Shortages, Claims and Returns
All orders are quality checked before leaving our store rooms, shortages and claims will not be considered unless made within 48 hours of receipt of goods. All orders must be checked at time of delivery. Wicked Imports (PTY) Ltd trading as Wicked Convenience will not be held responsible for claims on delivery notes / waybills that are not endorsed in detail. All goods returned for credit after 7 days of receipt, which is not defective, will be subject to a 15% handling fee.
