The powders contain paracetamol, aspirin, and caffeine to ensure fast pain relief. This brand of product is meant to treat headaches, toothaches, pain & fever.  One powder is to be taken with water every three hours. Do not use more than one powder every 3 to 4 hours if necessary, not more than 6 powders during 24 hours. Take care to follow directions/dosages provided in and around the packaging, or those provided by your GP.
